Refund policy

We have 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after ordering your item to request a return.

Not seeing the results you want? We'll refund you after we receive the item back, no questions asked. You’ll just need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items eligible for return.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our UK or Australia warehouse ; warehouse selection is system-generated based on availability. To start a return, you can contact us support@un-bloo.com

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@un-bloo.com. The request needs to be sent before day 60.

For returned items, shipping fees and shipping protection are not refundable, and a 5% processing fee will be applied and deducted from the refund total.

Please note that once the order is placed, the shipping costs and shipping protection are non-refundable – this applies for cancelled, refunded or returned items.

Subscription orders

Once a subscription order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. This ensures that products are prepared and shipped to you without delays.

If you wish to cancel your future subscription orders (orders that have not yet been processed), you may do so at any time by contacting our support team (at least 24 hours in advance) or through the portal. Your subscription will remain active until the current order is fulfilled, and all subsequent orders will be canceled moving forward.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Notes: 

- We strive to provide high-quality laundry shoe bags that protect and care for your shoes. However, please note that we are not responsible for any discoloration or yellowing of shoes that may occur during the laundering process. Discoloration can be caused by various factors, including the materials and dyes used in the shoes, which are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in cases where shoes turn yellow or experience any similar discoloration. As best practice, always wash the shoe bag on its own before use on your white shoes.

- We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages when no contact phone number was provided at the time of order and/or an incorrect address was provided at the time of order.

- We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages when the addressee refuses delivery

Shipping Protection:

  • Covers the following: loss, damage or theft due to carrier mishandling.
  • It does not cover undelivered orders due to a wrong address placed by the customer at checkout.
  • If a package is marked as delivered, any claim of non-delivery must be accompanied by official proof from the carrier. Shipping protection does not cover cases where the carrier confirms delivery.

- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages not delivered by the carrier if no one was available at your location to receive them.

- We are not responsible for undelivered packages when delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable.

- In case your order was marked as 'Delivered', any claim of non-delivery must be accompanied by written proof from the carrier confirming that the package could not be delivered with the reason why. Otherwise we cannot reship or refund 


- Claims for missing items must be reported on the day of delivery and must include clear photos of the package before it was opened, showing the original sealed packaging and shipping label. Claims submitted without proof of the unopened package cannot be compensated.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Changes:
Orders can only be modified - whether that’s the shipping address or any other detail - within the first hour after they’re placed. After that window, changes are no longer possible, as our team will have already processed your order in both our internal system and the carrier’s system.

Order cancellation
1-time orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've been placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shoe bags may be tried once and must be returned clean, undamaged, and in perfect condition to qualify for a refund.

Foam cleaner bottles must be undamaged and at least ¾ full, which is more than enough to test the product and decide if it’s right for you.

All other items are not eligible for a return and refund once opened

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
